The "tender" in this case is the small boat that tenders (or ferries) passengers from a ship to the shore - and back. In this case the ship is Royal Caribbean's Grandeur of the Seas anchored off of the island of Coco Cay in the Bahamas.

Bill Swartwout Photography was on a Caribbean cruise vacation and already on Coco Cay to capture this panorama shot of the tender in action.
