Description
Even the birds like to do a bit of sun-worshiping. Or so it seems, in this photograph of a seagull in Ocean City, Maryland soaking up a few rays of sunshine. This guy appears to be watching a boat our in the blue-green waters of the Atlantic but he is more likely keeping a wary eye on the photographer. He is hanging out in this resort town on the Fishing Pier near the OC Inlet and recently landed on this railing with a "dare to photograph me" attitude.
