An unusual happening at the Indian River Inlet on the night of a SuperMoon because the bridge lights are all out. While some may blame this "event" on the soon-to-happen "Blood Moon," the real reason is that five days of strong northeast winds caused salt encrusting of several area transformers and wires.
This Seascape Moonscape appears brighter than normal because this Super Moon appears 14% larger than an average full moon. The shimmering moonlight is reflected by the water of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River.
