To celebrate the Christmas season, snow and winter activities, this Frosty "Hay Bale" Snowman stands as an icon to the holiday at a farm market along Route 54 at Williamsville, Delaware. The coal for eyes is simply painted on, as is the carrot nose. The old top hat may be made from two old tires but the overall effect brings s smile to one's face.
