Autumn winds play in the wild surf along the Atlantic beach of the sand bar known as Fenwick Island, to which the towns of Ocean City, Maryland, and Fenwick Island, Delaware, owe their existence. The sky reflects the chill in the air and the dark waters of the Atlantic Ocean in this black and white photograph while the dunes display the subdued hues of beach grasses in the Fall.
