The memorial tombstone of Edgar Allen Poe stands in silent respect for the creator of the original Baltimore Raven - in poetic verse. The Westminster Hall on Fayette Street presents this memorial to passers-by on Fayette Street but has the actual Poe grave in another part of the cemetery. Quoth the Raven, "Nevermore!"
