Artist's Description
A usual sight at the beach in Ocean City, MD, or anywhere in the Mid-Atlantic, is a flight of Canada Geese. Instead of flying farther south along the migration routes, these geese often stop along the Delaware and Maryland beaches to spend the winter. This quartet of Canadian Geese just left the lagoon at Northside Park in North Ocean City and are headed out over the Assawoman Bay. They may be looking for a farm field that has been freshly harvested so they can forage on the grain that the harvest machinery leaves behind.
