Description
An awesome and historic ship is made up of awesome and historic parts. This close up of the rusted anchor on the USS Constellation as she lies aberth in the Inner Harbor at Baltimore, Maryland, is just such ah example.
A layer of rust on an old anchor is a sign that the ship does not usually lie at anchor. The Constellation is currently more of a museum than an actively sailing warship and is a major part of "Historic Ships in Baltimore" which represent one of the most impressive collections of military vessels in the world.
You can own a bit of the Naval History of the United States if you purchase a print. Where would you consider displaying it?
