Description
This red and yellow caboose is a sight to see near Nassawadox, Virginia. It is located on Railroad Street (go figure) at the Northampton Lumber Company right next to US Route 13, the major north-south road on the Delmarva Peninsula. The bright red and yellow paint is obviously a restoration but not historically correct. This is what sets this caboose apart and makes it just a little bit different. It's almost like it belongs framed and hanging in a child's room.

Hasn't got much of an empire, but it's certainly the emperor
Bill Swartwout replied:
Yup, can't go very far but I've seen it there over the years as we travel south on Route 13 through Virginia's Eastern Shore, the ESVA. Thank you for the comment, Hugh.
