Description
This street art poster of Dupont Circle in Washington, DC depicts a bit of the history of the area. Visitors to the Dupont Circle/Embassy Row section of the District of Columbia can find the original of this artwork on a wall of a building right next to the Metro Red Line Subway station at Dupont Circle.
"The Circle" is a neighborhood, a landmark, a park, an historic district and a traffic circle all in one. It serves as a hub of Embassy Row and is a great starting point for a walking tour of the embassies of many nations. Some "names" on the poster depict the Heurich Brewing Company, Wells Fargo and Stewart Castle. The artwork, itself, is quite large - guesstimating about six or seven feet on a side.
If you like the art work but can't get to DC to see it - or photograph it for yourself - you can buy a print to display in your home or office. Where would you hang it?
