A crisp winter morning provides an icy reflection surface to provide a double view of Fire Control Tower #3 at the Tower Beach Facility in the Delaware Seashore State Park. This tower, #4 in the background, and several others along the Delaware Coast provided targeting information for the big guns at Fort Miles, several miles to the north.
