Description
If Charles W. Cullen, for whom this bridge was named, were here he might not like standing outside in the foggy and rainy weather. However the Indian River Inlet Bridge at the Delaware Seashore State Park in Coastal Delaware stands here weathering the storm - any storm along the coast of the Atlantic Ocean.
This photograph appears to have been edited into a sepia toned image. However, this is actually rendered in full color (look at the navigation marker lights), It is the rain and fog, captured by Bill Swartwout Photography, that created the lack of color in the bridge and the landscape.
