The Sea Watch building is one of the high-rise condos of the Gold Coast, Ocean City's Condo Row, where thousands of vacationers visit every summer to enjoy the beach and the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean.
One of the largest condominiums in Ocean City, the Sea Watch was constructed in 1974 and has 408 units and 6 elevators with two each conveniently located at the north and south wings and two in the center of the building. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, 3 lighted tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, a playground for the little ones, saunas, game room, fitness room and convenient shops which stay open in the summer season.
