The lighthouse and the traffic circle in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, are all decked out for the holiday season. In fact, the entirety of downtown Rehoboth Beach is beautifully decorated at this time of year. This image was photographed at time of the setting of the sun but looking toward the east - against a dark and cloudy sky. Often the best views at sunset are opposite the sun, as was the case on this particular evening.
Traffic circles can be a pain to circumnavigate in heavy traffic, but the holiday lighting makes this one a joy once the sun goes down. If you've been to Rehoboth and remember the lighthouse - wouldn't you like a print of this scene for your very own? Where would you display it?
