Artist's Description
Did you know you can feed a giraffe? Yes, many zoos offer the experience to young and old alike. This Out Of Bounds (or Out Of Frame) photograph captured the experience of one visitor to the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore.
This photographic presentation brings the experience a bit more to life than would a "normal" photograph. The OOB (or OOF) editing simulates a 3-D effect so the giraffe appears to be reaching out of the photograph to reach a handful of browse, a branch of acacia, as an afternoon treat.
Wouldn't this make a wonderful image to display in your child's or grandchild's room. It can serve as a lasting reminder of an exciting and unique experience. Order your own print today. This photograph is available in many different sizes and styles. Which do you think would look best in your home?
About Bill Swartwout
"For my part, I travel not to go anywhere, but to go. I travel for travel's sake. The great affair is to move." Robert Louis Stevenson... My photography reflects such wanderlust. I record images of places to which I wander and distractions along the way. I love to share my joy of living at the beach and our travels afar, bringing you photographic art that reflects what I see. I have had my work published for more than half a century, starting as a junior reporter for a local newspaper in 1964. I have been involved with industrial photography, wedding photography and real estate photography but my love has always been landscape and seascape photography. Today I concentrate strictly on photography as art. Purchase one of my pieces to...
