Description
Springtime is when the tulips are in bloom in downtown Bethany Beach, Delaware. Here is s section of just one of the many flower beds along Garfield Parkway near the Town Hall. The Town's Public Works Department plants the flowers each year as part of the beautification project. In 2004, the Town of Bethany Beach implemented a beautification initiative. It worked - the town in Beautiful. Tulip bulbs are planted in Mid-November. One person drills the hole with an augur and another follows behind placing the tulip bulb in the hole.
