Description
The legend down South is often the same, the "Gray Man" warns residents to flee from impending storms. South Carolina may have that famous ghost but Ocean City, Maryland gets winter storms that would make their Gray Man shudder.
In this image, huge waves, churned by a February nor'easter, crash over the jetty at the Inlet in Ocean City, MD. The beach erosion for this particular storm was be minimal because this severe weather event, while huge, was short-lived.
If you love being at the beach but can't be here in the winter, you may like a print of this image to display in your home or office. Where would you hang it and what stories might it evoke?
